随着中药在全球范围内的广泛应用,中药不良反应/不良事件报道不断增加,引发人们对中药安全性问题的广泛关注。俗话说"是药三分毒"!中药是否"有毒",这是一个既古老而又时尚和敏感的话题。其实,早在《周礼·医师》中就有记载:"聚毒药,以共医事";《神农本草经》更详细地将中药分为"大毒","常毒","小毒"的分类。随着现代中医药科学研究技术的应用,中药安全性研究如不良反应发生特点和机制、有毒中药安全性研究等取得了显著的进展。有明显毒副作用的中药并非都是"禁用药",正确安全使用,是我们在临床获得了独特的疗效的关键!
在美国中医针灸诊所临床实践中,这个课题对我们尤为重要和具有实用价值‼️ 学会荣幸的邀请到在此领域中有资生造诣的国内著名学者李平教授,将于九月份的学术网络课堂里,为我们在美国的中医针灸临床工作者分享上述两个课题最新研究进展。

李平 教授
李教授现任北京中日友好医院临床研究所药理室主任,同时担任北京协和医学院博士生导师,并担任世界中医药联合会“安全用药专业委员会”主任委员。作为临床药理学与中药安全领域的权威专家,李教授长期致力于推动中药临床应用的规范化与科学化,为中国乃至国际中医药界的发展做出了卓越贡献。李教授的研究重点涵盖中药毒理与药效机制,特别关注中药合理用药、药物相互作用及中药安全性的现代化标准建设。她近年来针对“有毒”中药在肾脏疾病中的精准应用进行了深入研究,同时也分析了临床常用中药的常见风险及其防控措施。在本次讲座中,李教授将为北美的中医针灸从业者分享中药安全使用方面的最新科研成果与临床经验,帮助大家在多元化的临床环境中更安全、有效地运用中药治疗。
We are honored to welcome Professor Li Ping, a distinguished expert in the field of Chinese herbal pharmacology, as the keynote speaker for the 2025 ATCMS Fall Academic Seminar. Professor Li currently serves as the Director of the Pharmacology Department at the Clinical Research Institute of China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing. She is also a doctoral advisor at Peking Union Medical College and the Chair of the Safe Medication Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS). With decades of experience in clinical pharmacology and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Professor Li has made significant contributions to advancing safe and evidence-based herbal practice both in China and internationally.
Professor Li’s research focuses on the toxicology and pharmacodynamics of Chinese herbs, with a particular emphasis on rational drug use, herb-drug interactions, and the modernization of TCM safety standards. Her recent work explores the precise application of “toxic” Chinese herbs in the treatment of kidney diseases and addresses common clinical risks associated with frequently used herbal medicines. In this seminar, she will share the latest scientific insights and clinical strategies to help practitioners in North America enhance patient safety and efficacy when working with herbal therapies. Her expertise is especially relevant to acupuncturists and herbalists practicing in diverse integrative clinical settings.
