易罐是钟士元教授根据拔火罐的原理创立，并获得了国家专利。它有别于传统火罐，特点是在治疗过程中能够带罐运动拉伸，松解筋膜，减轻张力，形成独特的“易罐疗法”，在治疗肌筋膜软组织损伤及美容养生方面无论是配合针刺手法或是单独使用，都有许多肯定的疗效；也因为它的实用性，安全性和有效性，许多的三甲医院、部队及个人都在用，并传到了世界各地。这次，我们非常荣幸地请到钟教授为海内外的中医针灸师分享他多年来使用易罐治疗临床上各种病症的思路，方法，尤其是一些疑难杂症，慢性顽固性疼痛等。以下是讲课大纲：

钟士元医生是广州市荔湾区中医医院治未病科中医骨科副主任中医师, 广中医兼职副教授，香港中医骨伤学院客座教授，广州市越秀区名中医，中国针推研究院副会长。毕业于广州中医学院。从事中医骨伤工作46年, 医学教育25年。
从1984年起师从在国内首先提出 “脊椎病因” 理论，主编《脊椎病因治疗学》的魏征，龙层花教授, 从事脊柱相关疾病及中医伤科治疗。1995年到美国参加“第二届世界传统医学大会” , 发表论文《治疗足副舟骨损伤153例》并获”超人杯”奖。2009年获中华中医药学会“首届全国脊诊整脊推拿优秀管理人才”奖。
发表论文47篇。其中《骨盆旋移综合症》除被国内刊物引用外, 还被日本《ＭＡＮＩＰＵＬＡＴＩＯＮ》杂志翻译后全文刊登。
主编四本书：《足诊与足针手法》、《肌筋膜易罐易棒手法调理术》、《脊柱相关疾病治疗学》《人体经筋病治疗与扳机点图解》。其中后面的两本书分别在广东科技出版社、台湾、盲文出版社出版。 副主编「十二五」高职高专康复教材《传统康复技术》，《龙层花颈椎病防治》等五本书。发表医学科普文章1200篇，参加广东电视台等传媒拍摄电视38次。受广中医、广医、香港中文大学、香港大学外聘任教, 是位同时能做、能讲、能写、能演的医生。

EZ-Cup is patented silicon cup device founded by Professor Zhong, Shi yuan. Different from traditional fire cupping, EZ Cup has its advantage to better release the fascia, reduce tension by exercising and stretching with the cup during the treatment.
All these years, Dr. Zhong have applied EZ cup to treat myofascial soft tissue injury, facial rejuvenation individually or combined with acupuncture techniques and formed a unique "EZ-Cupping therapy.” Because of its practicality, safety, and effectiveness, it has been adopted by many healthcare facility and medical practitioner in China, and now is popular over the world.

Dr. Zhong, Shi yuan is the deputy director of the Department of TCM Orthopedics in Li wan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou, and associate professor at University of Guangzhou TCM. He is also a visiting professor at the Hong Kong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Orthopedics, a famous TCM doctor in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and the vice president of the Chinese Academy of Acupuncture. He graduated from Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and engaged in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics work for 46 years and medical education for 25 years.
Since 1984, He has been studied from Master Wei Zheng and Long Ceng Hua, who first established the theory of "Spine Etiology'' in China and edited "Spine Etiology and Therapeutics”. In 1995, he participated in the "Second World Congress of Traditional Medicine" in the United States, published the paper in title of “Treatment of 153 Cases of Tarsal Navicular Bone Injury'' and won the "Superman Cup" award. In 2009, he also won the "First National Chiropractic and Tui Na Excellent Management Talent" award by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Among forty-seven published articles, the paper "Pelvic Rotation Syndrome" was published in full in China and Japanese "MANIPULATION" magazine.
He is the editor in chief of four books: "Foot Diagnosis and Foot Acupuncture Manipulation", "Myofascial EZ-Cupping and EZ-Sticking Manipulation Technique", "Therapeutics of Spine-related Diseases", "Treatment of Fascia-Muscle disorder and Diagram of Trigger Points". The last two books were published by Guangdong Science and Technology Press, Taiwan, and Braille Press, respectively.
He also is deputy editor of the “Classic rehabilitation textbook” "Master Long Ceng Hua: cervical spondylosis prevention and treatment", and other five books. Published 1,200 basic medical education articles and participated in 38 TV programs by Guangdong TV and other media. He is a multi-talents doctor skillful in clinic, speech, writing and performance.
