讲员简介
赵进喜博士，主任医师、教授、博士生导师，北京中医药大学第一临床医学院中医内科教研室主任，国家中医药管理局内分泌重点学科带头人，国家中医药管理局糖尿病肾病重点研究室主任，国家第七批名老中医药专家学术继承指导老师，首届全国优秀中医临床人才，中华中医药学会薪火传承高徒奖获得者，全国百名杰出青年中医，全国优秀科技工作者，霍英东高校青年教师奖获得者，教育部一流线下课程中医内科学负责人，中西医结合临床课程虚拟教研室主任，首都名中医，北京市高校教学名师。2016年荣获“人民好医生”称号。兼任世界中医药学会联合会糖尿病专业委员会会长、内分泌专业委员会副会长等职。倡导融合经典与临床和“继承、学习、实践、创新”治学方法，提出伤寒三论即三阴三阳系统论，三阴三阳体质论，三阴三阳辨证方证论，提出糖尿病及其并发症与慢性肾脏病辨体质、辨病、辨证“三位一体”诊疗模式，主编全国“十三五”行业创新教材《中医内科学实用新教程》与国家卫健委“十三五”住院医师规培规划教材《中医经典临床概要》等，发表学术著作30余部。临床擅长于治疗糖尿病及其并发症、慢性肾脏病、风湿病、内分泌代谢病以及妇女更年期与盆腔淤血综合征、小儿多动症、抽动症、神经性遗尿等疑难杂症。

题目1： 糖尿病及其并发症三阴三阳辨证的临床治疗经验
Topic 1: Clinical Treatment Experience of Diabetes and Complications Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Three Yin and Three
三阴三阳辨证是在辨三阴三阳病变基础上，基于三阴三阳体质所进行的方剂辨证，即“辨方证”。糖尿病及其并发症有体质基础，临床在辨体质基础上，针对糖尿病及其心脑肾眼底以及糖尿病足等并发症，守病机，辨方证，识腹证，选效药，最能体现治病求本与个体化治疗的优势，切合实用，有执简驭繁之妙。
Yang Syndrome differentiation of three yin and three yang is based on the differentiation of constitution of three yin and three yang. Diabetes and complications have a physical constitution, based on distinguishing physical constitutions, for diabetes and complications such as heart, brain, kidney, fundus, and diabetic foot, it can be best reflecting the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, belly syndrome differentiation, and select effective medicine. The advantages of seeking the root of the disease and individualized treatment are practically a magic result.
题目2： 从风论治糖尿病肾脏病的临床治疗经验
Topic 2: Clinical experience in treating diabetic nephropathy by Expel Wind.
糖尿病肾脏病是糖尿病最典型的微血管病变，是热伤气阴、络脉瘀结所致。风邪也是该病发生发展的重要环节。临床诊治应在明确分期基础上，重视早期化瘀散结，肾衰期和胃泄浊。同时从风论治，包括疏风散邪、祛风除湿、搜风通络等各有优势。实践证明可有效全程干预糖尿病肾脏病，减少肾衰发生危险。
Diabetic nephropathy is the most typical microangiopathy of diabetes, from the Chinese mediation which is caused by heat injury qi and yin and blood stasis in collaterals. In factor, Wind evil is also an important pathogen that is related to the development of diabetes. Clinical treatment should be based on the different stage, not only to use invigorate blood stasis and dispelling blood stagnation at early stage and harmonize the stomach and relieve turbid toxicity at the renal failure stage, Butalso based on Wind character that is one of important pathogen for this disease, we have to focus on dispelling wind pathogensso that draining dampness and dredging collateral stasis etc. Clinic practice has been proved that this method can fully effectively intervene diabetic nephropathy treatment and reduce the risk of renal failure significantly.
